At Royal Palm Solar we have a strict vetting process for our most important collaborators. For all installation partners, we require a full financial audit, multiple warehouse visits, blind customer service testing, and detailed installation imagery. For all those who wish to enroll customers using our sales partner accounts, we conduct a multi-round interview for all candidates and a formal background check. All our account managers sign onto a strict code of conduct which our customers can read HERE and we have a zero tolerance policy for conduct violations.

At the point of sale we ensure the right expectations are set, even if it's not always what customers want to hear. We enroll customers in a responsible manner and we're not afraid to tell a customer NO. As a backstop against irresponsible practices, every project is reviewed by a specialized team for potential inconsistencies in pricing, contracting and design issues. You may receive a verification call from our main office if there are unusual items on your order.
